Free Trials and Subscription Auto-Renewal
When you sign up for a free trial or subscription:
- Free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings after purchase.
Google Play Store Subscriptions
For users who purchase subscriptions through Google Play:
- Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google Play Store.
- Payment information is processed and stored by Google, not NexuSelf.
- Billing disputes, refunds, and subscription cancellations for Google Play purchases should be directed to Google support.
- Subscription renewal is handled automatically by Google Play Store until cancelled.
- To cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play, users can do so through their Google Play account settings.
Apple App Store Purchases
For users who purchase subscriptions through the Apple App Store:
- Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store are managed by Apple.
- Payment information is processed and stored by Apple, not NexuSelf.
- Billing disputes, refunds, and subscription cancellations for Apple App Store purchases should be directed to Apple support.
- Apple's standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to new subscriptions.
- To cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, users can do so through their Apple ID settings.
Data Tracking and Apple App Tracking Transparency
For iOS users, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we will request permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your preferences at any time through your device settings.
Advertising

Other personal information (like your weight, height, goals, etc.) is stored locally on your device only, using secure storage. Data is never uploaded to our servers.
We do not retain any data after you delete your account .
Account Deletion and Data Retention
You can delete your NexuSelf account directly from the NexuSelf app at any time. Just follow these steps:
- Open the NexuSelf app
- Go to Settings
- Confirm the deletion
